All goods remain the property of Bead Heaven Australia/Ellen Hazell until invoice/s amounts are paid in full. Orders will only be sent out, when paid for in full, not before.

We reserve the right to change any price which we offer our products and to update and correct any changes or errors in pricing/weight/description/stock numbers contained on our web site.

Payment
Australia - Bead Heaven Australia accepts payment via Australian Bank Deposit or our verified Paypal account.
Overseas - Bead Heaven Australia accepts payment via our verified PayPal account only.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by, any other party. Such restriction includes, but is not limited to, hacking into this website for the purpose of adding to or altering the content of the website; transmitting any racist, sexist, ageist, obscene, offensive or illegal content; and interfering with the general working of the site. Bead Heaven Australia reserves the right to ban users from this site, to report any misuse of this site to the relevant authorities, and where appropriate to take legal action.

When you register, you are responsible for your password and account access and you are responsible for all actions that occur under your account. Any impersonations (i.e. false e-mail addresses or identities) will constitute a breach of these Conditions of Use.

Phishing, false or spam contact, attempts to login with false names and accounts, fake testimonials or reviews, use of our email contact system for spam will result in banning of the associated IP addresses.

Any reviews or comments left for any page or product must be approved by Bead Heaven Administration. Once approved reviews, ratings or comments 'may' be used by beadheaven.com.au in further promotions or advertising. If you do not wish to have your comments promoted please notify us of this preference.

All goods are posted with tracking, so Paypal rollback or disputes of non received goods, will be met with full disclosure of tracking details and signed documents, including original invoice and all paperwork. We are not responsible should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from handling by any Postal service. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. All orders are well packed & sealed then posted by me personally.

Modifications or downloading of content from our web site is forbidden, Downloading content when clearly stated as available as such is suitable. Page caching is also accepted. This restricted license does not include any collection or use of product descriptions, listings, or prices; any derivative use of our store or other content. E R Hazell (BeadHeaven.com.au) takes no responsibility for any downloaded purchases/files, that may cause harm or damage computer/machine systems, or affect the user in anyway adversely. All files are scanned and are 100% free of malware and spyware. The purchaser is responsible for the correct use of any software files purchased.

You may not use, copy, link or redistribute our product pictures or files without written consent. Downloaded content (files) may be printed for personal use with a valid recorded purchase. All images of stock/products are copyright Bead Heaven Australia 2011. 

NOTE; as computer screens vary from one another, colours/hues of images may appear slightly different to what is provided.

Once an item has been SOLD OUT, it is no longer visible on the website, but may be placed in the Gallery for our records and your inspiration.

We do not automatically exchange, refund or credit for incorrectly ordered or unwanted stock. If you have an issue or concern please feel free to contact us.

'Sterling Silver or Silver' - refers to Sterling Silver or 92.5% Silver content. (925)

'Tribal or Hill Silver' - refers to antique or hand made, with less or more than 92.5% Silver

'Silver tone' - refers to a colour effect or non tarnish finish.

'Resin' - refers to natural copal, gums and/or resins mixed together.

'Heat' or 'Treated' - refers to a stone being enhanced for clarity & presentation.

'Stabilised' - refers to a stone being strengthened from a brittle state.

'Glass' - refers to an made OR naturally occurring glass products/beads
