We only supply goods to AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, USA and UK at this time. 

If you do want a piece sent to a different overseas destination other than stated, please contact us with your details, we can arrange an quote for shipping.

The item/s will be packed with SAFETY in mind. They are not wrapped as gifts or in tissue paper, we have found that a heavy necklace wrapped in light paper in a gift box etc may still get damaged.

Express post satchels have basic tracking, we can confirm that delivery was made, no insurance is included. Registered Post has full tracking and up to $100 insurance value. (see the section "INSURANCE" below for more details). 

Regular Post is offered at the Buyers Risk. Orders sent this way cannot be tracked.
If they go missing, no refund, exchange or compensation of any sort is provided.

If a buyer decides on the Express post option (with no insurance) over the Registered Post option, then they are responsible for any issues that arise. Both choices are provided with all orders. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from handling by Postal agencies. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, missing or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Bead Heaven Australia uses Registered Airmail for all overseas orders. The packed orders have tracking and must be signed for, so we can confirm that delivery was made, $100AUD insurance is included. (see the section "INSURANCE" below for more details)

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details, contact numbers and email address. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from handling by any Postal service. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. All orders are well packed and securely sealed from our offices.

We do endeavor to dispatch orders on the same day that payment in full is made. But we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.

INSURANCE
If you have concerns with your goods and safe delivery, please select REGISTERED POST as a shipping option, which has up to an $100 insured value. If you wish to have a greater insured value, please contact us for additional costs.

NOTE we do not post orders out as COD. Regular post orders if lost by the postal carrier, we cannot refund, exchange or compensate the buyer in anyway.
